The cheapest thing to do to upgrade your home is to deep clean and declutter.
One of my hacks while renting was stapling old sheets to create a nice wall over a plain one, especially if you’re not allowed to paint.
This video feels professional.
Magic erasers are terrible for paint, you cannot paint ontop of surfaces that have been cleaned with them, they will bubble up!
