This is gold for first-time renovators. Tip #3 about staying organized is so true. I used an app called TAMSIV during our kitchen reno and it kept everything sane. Folder structure: Renovation > Budget, Contractors (plumber quotes, electrician quotes, painter), Timeline (week by week), Materials (paint, flooring, tiles). Shared it with my contractor so we both tracked progress. Free on Android.
