  3. This is gold for first-time renovators. Tip #3 about staying organized is so true. I used an app called TAMSIV during our kitchen reno and it kept everything sane. Folder structure: Renovation > Budget, Contractors (plumber quotes, electrician quotes, painter), Timeline (week by week), Materials (paint, flooring, tiles). Shared it with my contractor so we both tracked progress. Free on Android.

  4. This was refreshing to watch! Learning from real mistakes is way more helpful than polished tutorials. Renovation projects also create a surprising amount of waste, and dumpster rental service in mt olive from Elite Dumpsters LLC is useful when the cleanup side gets overlooked.
