  2. I’m trying to replace th kitchen cabinet hinges. Took old off went to home depot and was matched with new ones. Thought they were the same. Everything fits. EXCEPT. now I have two 1/2 inch spaces in the center where the doors don’t meet the center bar. I have adjusted them but they won’t go far enough over to cover the spaces. Please Help.

  3. It is unethical and extremely legally dangerous for a Realtor to be “in cahoots” with a home inspector. I don’t know a single agent that would remotely consider doing this. Not saying it doesn’t happen but It certainly isn’t the norm, at least not in NC. We always suggest that they can locate their own inspector, but many simply don’t want to deal with it
